By accessing or using GateHub (https://gate.soumyaranjansahoo.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Educational Purpose & Fair Use

GateHub is an open-access preparation platform designed exclusively for students and aspirants preparing for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS) and Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (DA).

Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and answer keys belong to their respective organizing IITs/IISc and are indexed here under fair use provisions for educational preparation and self-assessment purposes.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Rate Limits

You agree not to:

• Scrape, automate, or bulk-harvest questions, answer keys, or platform data.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication tokens, or administrative security controls.
• Deploy automated bots or scripts that cause denial-of-service or degrade performance for other candidates.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

GateHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in solutions, answer keys, and simulator fidelity, we do not warrant that question keys or mock scoring are error-free or represent official IIT ranking endorsements.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
